For insurance claims, we will work directly with your insurance provider, though you remain responsible for any deductibles, non-covered items, or amounts exceeding policy limits. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by law.
We stand behind the quality of our work and provide warranties on our restoration services as specified in your service agreement. However, we cannot guarantee results beyond our control, including pre-existing damage, hidden conditions, or damage caused by subsequent events. Our warranties do not cover damage resulting from customer negligence or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RGV Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our 24/7 emergency services are provided on a first-available basis. While we make every effort to respond promptly, response times may vary based on weather conditions, service demand, and other factors beyond our control. Emergency service rates may differ from standard service rates and will be disclosed at the time of service.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RGV Solutions and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
